The beginning and the end
I am at the head office right now. Everyone is having a meeting except me. I don't know what to do! I took this job yeterday so today it's my first day at work. I arrived at the office at 9am but didn't get any work to do until 11am. ToT...Then we headed towards the Empire apartment to have Forcefield Access Controll meeting. I was told by TY even though we are in the city still need a car! TY who is driving a flash BMW is the current project manager. He's very well spoken and on the phone all the time! Unfortunately he's only gonna be here to train me up till end of this month and he will hand his work over to me and help me if I need him. So we arrived at Empire but many attendees didnot arrive until nearly 1pm! My job today is to take minutes, word by word. However, it doesn't take me a minute to lost what I am typing because I have no understand and background what they are talking about. Haha. Glad that we have Ray and Harry who have recorders and help take notes as well, so when we came back to the office I could listen to the tape again and again to write down whatever they have said. Whew...
Whewwww...((((TIME LINE))))....................
Just when I though I didn't have much to do in the afternoon at around 5pm. I was told to take notes again. And then...and then...and then...it was already 8:35pm!!! In the end I collected a pile of papers to bring home for study! Just as what my boss John told me, "You are now doing a Master degree in Property." Really really, it has speeded up my life soooo much in just Day#1. I want to catch up as soon as I can so that I don't need to get lost in the meeting and want to be really confident in what I will be doing. Yeah, so it's very very exciting. I need strength!
Btw, we also don't have specific lunch time. So we need to grape whatever to eat whenever we have some spare time. This is the game! And and btw, guess what? I drove a BMW by myself for the first time driving alone......so satisfied. :)
So today's title: "the beginning of my busyness, and the end of my free time".
